SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time for all orders are 4 to 6 business days.
Please note: BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY! FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ORDERED ON A SATURDAY, MONDAY WILL BE THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY. 
Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address when placing an order. Sky Azul Beauty is not responsible for shipping to the wrong location as the address is populated from the information entered by the buyer.
•If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it, the buyer must file a claim with USPS as Sky Azul Beauty is not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
•If you decide to file a claim through PayPal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. We will resend packages if and ONLY if tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT.
Risk of Butters Melting during the warmer summer months:
We only use Refined Shea butter, mango butter, essential oils and other natural ingredients in all of our butters.  For this reason our butters, when mailed during warmer months, have the tendency to melt.  
If you receive your product on a warm day, place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden just in case they have melted in transit before opening the butters.  If you open items to check if melting has occurred,  they may spill out. The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving order (verified through USPS tracking verification) if there is any damage, or leakage of product.
Note:  Melted butters may not be returned.

We encourage those with sensitive skin to order unseen products or purchase samples where applicable and performing a patch test on the skin for possible reactions.
